1.2. The purpose of the website is to present and book tours and travel services organized in Oman.

2.1. Reservations can be made via the website form, email, or phone/WhatsApp.
2.2. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a reply from [email protected].
2.3. Payment is due in cash on the day of the tour (USD 2017 and newer or EUR) or via a payment link sent prior to arrival or on the day of the tour.
2.4. For private or customized tours, prior confirmation and a deposit may be required.
3.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start date are free of charge.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start date or no-shows will incur a full fee.
3.3. In exceptional cases (weather, safety issues, unforeseen circumstances), the organizer reserves the right to change the program or date of the tour.
3.4. If the organizer requires a cancellation, the client is entitled to a full refund.
4.1. Participants are required to follow safety rules and the instructions of their guide or driver.
4.2. The organizer is not liable for any damages resulting from failure to follow safety rules or decisions made by participants at their own risk.
4.3. Clients must have valid travel insurance covering travel to Oman.
5.1. Customers’ personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing travel services and is not shared with third parties.

6.1. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are published on the OmanWschodni.pl website.
6.2. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if necessary, in accordance with the laws of Oman.
